Preston Hollow is the single-family residential neighborhood located north of Bob Preston Lane on West 82nd Street, and is located next to both Frenship High School and Bennett Elementary.
Preston Hollow is the newest neighborhood introduced to the Wolfforth area and is quickly building out the 84 lots designed in its first phase.
Lot sizes range from 65 feet wide and 122 feet deep to large estate lots.
The neighborhood offers front- or rear-entry homes, along with a few garden home lots. “It’s just a real quiet neighborhood that is family-oriented,” Greer said. “It’s a low-traffic area right there by the school.”
